Creating Urgency

Recently it has become clear to me that many new distributors don't understand the need for urgency in building their business. So that is this weeks topic. There are at least three reasons why urgency is real and why you need to do whatever it takes to create a sense of urgency in yourself nad in your new people.

1. The amazing growth opportunity we are experiencing is time limited. The rate of growth of Nu Skin has been increasing monthly since January 2008 and shows no sign of abating. However, this growth will not continue forever. We will likley see another 3-6 years of serious growth. To capture the market share you need for lifetime passive income it is necessary that your leadership team be in place sooner rather than later. The more quickly you recruit your leaders and they in turn find their leaders the greater and longer lasting your income will be.

2. You need to create momentum in YOUR business in order to capture the growing momentum growth of the company. Until you create a critical mass of executives and qualifying executives in your business this will not happen. Bottom line: you need to get to Ruby and help your executives get to Ruby quickly.

3. If you do not talk to the hot prospect on your list you can be sure someone else will. You do not want to finally call someone on your list only to find out they just signed up with someone else! Call them now!

I just thought of another great reason for urgency. This is a business of duplication! You have heard that before I know. I cannot say it enough. How you start your business will tend to be duplicated; your downline will model your behavior. If you do not have a sense of huge urgency how will your downline?

So take action in your business every day. And when you think you have done enough do just a bit more. Every day. Remember, massive action = massive results = massive passive income. I don't know about you but I like the sound of that.
